Connecting Scarsdale and Eastchester, Garth Road has some of the most sought after apartments in Westchester County. With access to the Bronx River Parkway and the Scarsdale Metro North train station the location is perfect for residents who want live in the suburbs but must have a convenient way to get to Manhattan.

Construction of the oldest apartment houses paralleld the construction of the Bronx River Parkway, the first building being ready for occupancy just after the parkway dedication in 1925.
